Steiny's Mettwurst & Green's
100g Steiny's Mettwurst
1 Medium Brown Onion
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Medium Zucchini
8 Brussel Sprouts
Dash of Cracked Pepper
Slice Zucchini into rounds, Dice Onion and slice Mettwurst, then chop into quarters.
Chop Brussel Sprouts into quarters.
Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil to frying pan, add chopped ingredients and cook on medium heat.
Add Cracked Pepper and cover frying pan with lid (ajar), stir occasionally until Brussel Sprouts are cooked/steamed enough.
