Lucy's Buffalo Hop Wings

Buffalo Hop Wings – Serves 4-6

2 kg Chicken Wings

4 Tablespoons Baking Powder

1 Bottle Relish the Barossa Hop Wing Marinade


To Serve:

Ranch Dressing;

250g Mayonnaise

250g Sour Cream

2 Teaspoons Dried Onion Flakes

2 Teaspoons Dried Garlic Flakes

2 Teaspoons Dried Dill Flakes

2 Teaspoons Dried Chives

1 Bunch Parsley Leaves

(120g Blue Cheese Optional)

Hot Sauce

Lime Wedges




Preheat oven to 120 degrees. Coat the wings in baking powder. Place wire racks on 2 baking trays and put chicken wings on top. Cook in oven for 30 minutes. Increase the temperature to 180 degrees and cook for another 50 minutes. Whilst hot toss in the marinade.

Serve with ranch dressing, hot sauce, lime wedges and fries.

Blend all ingredients in food processor.
